By accessing or using the Colláge Salon website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use this website.

1. General Information
This website is operated by Colláge Salon, located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
All information and materials on this site are provided for general informational purposes only.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of a minor.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be requested through our website, by phone, or in person. While we strive to accommodate all scheduling preferences, appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations made on the same day of a scheduled appointment—or failure to appear for an appointment (“no-show”)—may result in a requirement for a deposit to secure future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future appointment if proper notice of cancellation is provided.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from Colláge Salon are valid for seven (7) years from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may be used toward salon services or retail product purchases.
4. Products and Refunds
Colláge Salon is committed to offering quality products to our clients. Retail products may be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase—used or unused—for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, proof of purchase is required, and the product must have been purchased directly from Colláge Salon.
5. Hair Services and Corrections
All hair services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment. We will gladly provide a corrective service at no additional charge, provided the request is reasonable and has not resulted from misuse, neglect, or abuse of the service or product after leaving the salon.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content—including logos, graphics, images, text, and design elements—is the exclusive property of Colláge Salon and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Colláge Salon.
7. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
Colláge Salon reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate website access for users who violate these Terms.
